The Trustees of the Yvonne A M Smith Charitable Trust are pleased to announce that the winner of the 2017 scholarship is Rebecca Bonnevie.

Rebecca completed her Law degree at Victoria Univiersity and has since worked in the legal profession in Wellington at law firms and more recently at ANZ.

She is a mother of two who will be completing her Master of Laws at the Univerisity of Columbia where she is planning to focus her studies on law surrounding the internet and technology.

Rebecca is hoping that this area of study will give her the benefit to participate in the New Zeland cyber law industry once her studies are completed.
