The Yvonne A M Smith Charitable Trust (“Trust”) is administered by Fortune Manning – which has been involved with the Trust since its foundation. Yvonne A M Smith Charitable Trust Limited (“Company”) is the Trustee of the Trust.

The Company’s Directors are Bill Duncan (Consultant, Fortune Manning), Dr Barbara Cormack (Senior Research Fellow, Liggins Institute, University of Auckland), Rebecca Bonnevie (a past scholarship recipient), and Cathy Fisher (Partner, Fortune Manning).

Each year, the Directors appoint an interview panel to meet with shortlisted scholarship applicants. In recent years, this panel has included the Directors along with a previous scholarship winner.
