The Yvonne A M Smith Charitable Trust (“Trust”) is administered by Fortune Manning – which has been involved with the Trust since its foundation. Yvonne A M Smith Charitable Trust Limited (“Company”) is the Trustee of the Trust.

The Directors of the Company are Bill Duncan (Consultant, Fortune Manning) and Dr Barbara Cormack (Senior Research Fellow, Liggins Institute, University of Auckland).

The Directors each year appoint an interview panel for those shortlisted for the Scholarship and in recent times that panel has been the Directors and a previous winner.
